The pandemic has re-oriented us to what's important in life. But it has also skewed reality somewhat. Although we have appreciated the back to basics in work and life, it doesn't mean we are just all about building resilience through well-being and mental health. In a short poll with several dispersed groups, almost 40% of us are driven by creating value and making a positive contribution as a professional - in other words, we favor a growth mindset and are constantly looking for ways to better ourselves.
